Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of post‑secondary education with an emphasis HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc. or equivalent work‑related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs and manages preventative maintenance and repairs on all capital equipment.
• Maintains facilities and coordinates with subcontractors.
• Performs electrical and HVAC installations and repairs.
• Coordinates and communicates repair plans and schedules.
• Uses Filemaker to order parts and track supplies.
• Keeps management informed of issues and potential problems.
