Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar facilities technician role or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient in using a PC to track work orders and communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, boxes, etc.
• Install air lines and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks on facilities assets per PM schedule.
• Move furniture, repair and paint sheetrock, install lighting fixtures, replace HVAC filters.
• Prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to resolve asset health issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and all EHS guidelines.
• Support the 6S methodology.
