Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX, seeks a Facilities Technician II/III to maintain our facilities and support critical equipment. You’ll install wiring, troubleshoot systems, and perform preventative maintenance across HVAC, compressors, fire alarms, and more.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, ordering parts, and following 6S and safety guidelines. A high school diploma and 5+ years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar facilities role.
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing troubleshooting experience.
• General upkeep of plumbing, sheetrock, fire alarms, compressors and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Knowledge of 110-220 VAC single-phase and 208-480 VAC three-phase systems.
• Clear communication and PC-based work order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, boxes and related components.
• Install air lines and associated components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic issues.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on facilities assets (HVAC, fire systems, compressors, etc.).
• Move furniture, repair/paint drywall, install lighting fixtures, replace HVAC filters.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and 6S guidelines.
