Job summary

Dover Corporation, a leader in precision fluid-handling solutions, seeks a Facilities Repair Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building infrastructure, HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and utility assets. You will coordinate with contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive uptime across manufacturing and lab facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/community college coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Experience with vendor management and coordinating contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and ensure continuous operation of building infrastructure, utilities, and grounds.
• Service HVAC systems, air compressors, and air dryers; repair lighting, doors, roofing, and office/restroom areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors; monitor SLAs and manage external maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical distribution (high and low voltage) and building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and Arc Flash PPE requirements.
• Document work in CMMS and communicate issues across shifts.
