Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician at our Plymouth, MN site to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will work under the Facilities Manager, coordinate with contractors, and support HSE&F programs while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include at least 2 years in facilities maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to be on-call. U.S.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be on call for afterhours/weekends/holidays.
U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspect facilities, repair equipment, and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Ensure facilities meet safety and regulatory standards.
Operate, maintain, and repair building systems such as HVAC, Chillers, VAVs, pumps, and building automation.
Create and manage statements of work and change forms for on-site projects.
