Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment. You will help keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems reliable, safe, and compliant, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor at the Palmetto, FL site on an on-site schedule.
This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, timely repairs, and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility industrial machinery efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in facility operations.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment used in facilities upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Assist in maintaining facility safety and compliance by adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
