Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities management in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical systems; electrical/mechatronics exposure preferred.
• Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on production floors and facility spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs on production lines and food equipment; coordinate with vendors.
• Support implementation of new equipment, upgrades, and layout changes.
• Develop and maintain PM schedules for all production and facilities equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for uptime and reliability.
• Perform general building maintenance and coordinate external vendors for HVAC, electrical, and trades.
• Travel locally between Plymouth locations and support bakery operations when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM records, and vendor documentation; support safety and audits.
