Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
- 1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related engineering experience.
- Knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained effectively and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing facility systems and manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in inspections and quality assessments to identify maintenance needs and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.
