Strong problem-solving and proactive communication are essential for success. Ideal candidates bring industrial/commercial maintenance experience at journeyman or master level and are comfortable on rotating on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance at journeyman or master level.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain operational records.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
• On-call availability for emergency response.

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate services, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4, you will be part of the operations supporting the maintenance and engineering excellence of world-class facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $42 to $46 per hour

What's the Job?
