Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings and grounds at multiple campuses in Sandy and West Jordan. The role includes coordinating remodels, tracking budgets and schedules, and producing periodic reports.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in facilities management, a strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems, and proven leadership and communication skills to collaborate with internal

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a business facility maintenance setting with oversight of multiple facilities totaling at least 30,000 SF or a single facility with at least 70,000 SF.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
