Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to maintain open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds across multiple campuses. You will manage routine maintenance, coordinate vendors, and support project initiatives under the Facilities Leadership.

The role requires 2+ years in facility maintenance, familiarity with ADA/OSHA/SDS standards, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience working in business facility maintenance.
• Education must be from an accredited institution. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approximately 100,000-150,000 SF of corporate office space or 10-15 branches.
• Efficiently manage vendors and sub-contractors for maintenance of assigned locations.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning.
• Adhere to ADA, OSHA and SDS regulations and safety policies.
• Support branch openings and attend key construction meetings.
