Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in business facility maintenance.
• Education must be from an accredited institution. High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• IFMA membership and FMP (or similar certification) preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approximately 100,000-150,000 SF of corporate office space or equivalent to 10-15 branches.
• Identify budgetary needs, collect bids/costs, and assist in compiling the Capital Projects Budget.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning per policies.
