Qualifications

• Five years of facilities management experience.
• High school diploma or GED with craft apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in organizing and leading a team of facilities technicians.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign incoming work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Identify and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs with vendors.
• Ensure timely, professional responses to work orders and tenants.
