Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across facilities planning, construction, maintenance and operations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities master plan aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee planning, design and construction of new facilities and major renovations.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and fiscally responsible operation and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage Facilities Management budget to support stewardship of resources.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to address facilities needs and priorities.
• Foster relationships with students, faculty, staff, visitors, and external partners; ensure compliance with codes, regulations and internal policies.
