Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive facilities management experience (8+ years) in a large/complex organization.
• Experience overseeing budgets and financial management across funds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities planning, construction, operation, maintenance and repair.
• Manage building space and personnel (over 200 employees).
• Liaise with CSU Chancellor’s Office, city, county, and state agencies; represent the University on facilities matters.
• Support cross-functional long-range planning and process improvement to enhance operations.
