Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Worker to uphold building and grounds through routine tasks and work orders, reporting to the Maintenance leadership. This role focuses on resident-focused service and safe, clean living spaces in our community in Round Rock, Texas.

Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, preparing apartments for move-in, performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and completes resident work orders with high quality.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Handles maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.
• Familiar with safety and disaster plans; responds to emergencies.
• Maintains facilities to SSMG standards.
• Attends required training and staff meetings.
• May provide transportation for residents.
• Promotes safe working environment and preserves equipment.
• Maintains a professional demeanor with residents, visitors, staff.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of SSMG.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
