Job summary

Trotter & Morton Facility Services is hiring a Selling General Manager to lead the LINC Service Division in Burnaby, BC. The role focuses on closing solution-based sales and meeting targets through a disciplined sales process, with emphasis on business acumen and top-level decision-maker engagement.

Candidates should have strong negotiation, writing and presentation skills, plus extensive leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual business plan.
• Create and maintain a sales funnel for location and quotas.
• Coordinate sales process training for new hires.
• Work with Safety Director and Service Manager on training.
• Coach sales reps on sales cycle per company standards.
• Visit customer sites with sales reps.
• Review agreements during renewal and ensure terms are clear.
