Job summary
Trotter & Morton Facility Services is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative in Seattle to drive the full sales cycle for our LINC Service Division, prospecting and meeting with clients to close solution-based sales. You will work with a disciplined process, research prospects, and engage top decision-makers to grow revenue.
The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and additional benefits, including car allowance and company-provided devices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean record.
- Ability to work comfortably with heights.
- Cold calling willingness and experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings.
- Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary.
- Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards.
- Communicate complex problems into simple explanations.
- Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers.
- Build and maintain rapport with the sales team to resolve problems, find opportunities and maximize profits.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and CRM data in a timely fashion.
