The role partners with project engineers and contractors to design, implement, and optimize building systems, offering guidance on risk assessment, spare parts, and lifecycle planning.

You will manage capital and indirect project needs, oversee building automation systems, and ensure uptime while supporting LRSP objectives.

Formación

• B.S. degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with fewer years.
• M.S./PhD may reduce required experience in STEM fields.
• Experience with infrastructure risk assessment processes and building systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with maintenance technicians and act as SME for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building controls.
• Review plans for new builds and modifications for compatibility and maintainability.
• Support facility construction, modification, operation, and production to maintain uptime.
