Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Principal Facilities Project Coordinator to lead complex, high‑value facility projects at our Phoenix, AZ site, coordinating milestones, budgets, and risk controls. The role interfaces with executive leadership, customers, and government officials to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

You will manage RFPs, vendor negotiations, and cross‑functional teams while enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance. Travel to training in Taiwan may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum six years of related experience.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and advanced data/financial analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation including CAD/BIM models and drawings.
• Knowledge of local permitting, environmental regulations and building codes for high-tech facilities.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary subcontractors and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects with milestones and budgets.
• Interface with executives, customers, and government officials as a key liaison.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain progress on milestones.
• Oversee RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations for trades and service providers.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Manage annual facilities project and outsourced services budgets and forecasting.
• Ensure site compliance with codes, OSHA, ADA and safety standards with EHS collaboration.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify maintenance and safety improvements.
• Develop scopes of work with FOH and business leads for outsourced services.
• Maintain project records and ensure proper close-out and handover to operations.
