Job summary
Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Management & Real Estate / IT Project Manager to join the Digital Solutions team.
The role is based in Mobile, Alabama or Grand Prairie, Texas and involves multi-site SAFe agile delivery across FMRE, Security, and Corporate Services. You will oversee infrastructure project delivery, backlog maturation, and user story work while coordinating with global teams to deploy compliant, high-value IT and facilities solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise project management and digital transformation experience.
- Experience leading facilities, real estate or IT infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle and deployment of facilities technology and IT infrastructure across regional sites.
- Translate requirements into structured user stories and plan SAFe PI increments.
- Lead change management, user training, and site adoption of new tools.
- Ensure governance, security, standards and compliance across implementations.
- Coordinate with FMRE managers, security leads, vendors and technical teams for unified rollouts.
