Job summary

22nd Century Technologies Inc. seeks experienced Project Manager III and IV to lead facility construction, renovation, and maintenance programs for a US Government Client.

This onsite role requires directing planning, design, and construction phases to meet budget and schedule. Responsibilities include developing scopes, timelines, and budgets; engaging stakeholders; managing multiple projects; ensuring compliance with regulations; and delivering comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 7–10 years PM experience in facilities management or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and construction phases of facility projects.
• Lead and manage multiple facility-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all projects comply with US Government Client regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
