Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, WA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex site projects, owning scope, budget and schedule from initiation through turnover.

You will coordinate with external design partners, manage contracts, and drive risk and cost control for capital builds. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 10+ years of construction PM experience, and strong proficiency in budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 10+ years of construction program management.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and report budgets for large capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and manage construction projects at the Camas site with full ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Coordinate external design firms, contractors and consultants while maintaining governance and reporting.
  • Develop charters, define scope, conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for investments.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses and budget forecasts; track expenditures.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, EHS and Facilities teams to translate requirements into designs.
  • Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage master construction agreements.
  • Coordinate permitting activities and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Oversee schedules, milestones and deliverables; identify risks and implement mitigations.
  • Review change orders and invoices; ensure adherence to budget and scope.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status, financial performance and risk reports to management.
  • Manage punch lists, as-builts, warranties and final turnover.
