Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for its Camas site.

You will own scope, budget, schedule, and quality across offices, R&D labs, and cleanrooms, coordinating with external design firms and contractors to ensure governance and on-budget execution. The role requires 10+ years of managing complex capital projects, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to develop and report budgets for large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a global environment and manage remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI's Camas site including offices, labs, and cleanrooms.
• Coordinate external design firms, contractors, and consultants with governance & reporting.
• Develop project charters, scope, objectives, and deliverables; conduct feasibility and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budgets; track expenditures for on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with internal customers, IT, Security, EHS, and Facilities Design to translate requirements into design.
• Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and administer master construction agreements.
• Coordinate permitting activities with governmental agencies for compliance.
• Oversee project schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
