Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities project management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with $1M–$3M projects.
• Hands-on knowledge across multiple trades (Electrical or HVAC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Specialists.
• Oversee delivery of renovations, retrofits, and facility upgrades.
• Conduct site visits, client engagement, and project validation.
• Monitor project KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
