Job summary

THS National, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Charlotte Office to lead multifamily renovation projects in Charlotte, NC. You will plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in construction PM with multifamily experience, proficiency in MS Project or Procore, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction PM experience.
• Experience in multifamily renovations.
• Experience managing submittals & commitments and schedules.
• Experience building subcontractor/vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong project management software experience (MS Project, Procore).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel monthly.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific expectations, schedules, budgets and strategy.
• Build rapport with client reps; clarify scope, deliverables and criteria.
• Coordinate due diligence and maintain project documentation.
• Lead planning, execution, documentation, sign-off and close-out.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders; manage vendor selection.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee progress; provide timeline and budget reports.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed budgets and master schedules.
• Manage milestones and ensure contractual compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
