Job summary

THS National, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to plan, direct, and coordinate multifamily renovation projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relations while fostering strong subcontractor partnerships to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in construction PM, experience with submittals, and a track record in multifamily settings.

Qualifications

4+ years of Construction PM experience required.
Experience with multifamily projects and renovations.
Experience managing submittals & commitments and related schedules.
Experience building subcontractor and vendor resources in new markets.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and client-driven expectations.
Coordinate due diligence efforts and manage documentation for the project.
Guide the client and team through the construction process from planning to close out.
Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders, and manage vendor/contractor selection to keep within budget.
Lead critical project meetings and coordinate with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users.
