  • Work with each Directorate to gather, document, reconcile, and validate functional, technical, operational, adjacency, furniture, equipment, accessibility, information technology, telecommunications, and security-related design requirements. Coordinate reviews, document decisions and changes, and identify conflicts between requirements and available space, schedule, infrastructure, or resources.

Support authorized Government officials in identifying and evaluating potential satellite SCIF alternatives; developing requirements and comparative analyses; coordinating site assessments and design inputs; and maintaining integrated implementation, readiness, contingency, and move plans.
