Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Senior Facilities Process Engineer to independently support planning, design, construction, and maintenance of company facilities on moderately complex projects. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and safety targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) with 5+ years of facilities experience, strong knowledge of building-envelope systems, and CAD/BIM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field) or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities engineering, construction management or related roles.
• Experience planning and executing moderately complex assignments with strong coordination skills.
• Knowledge of building-envelope systems, facility design, construction practices, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and construction activities for moderately complex facility projects with architects and contractors.
• Analyze energy use and facility lifecycle costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Execute inspection and preventive maintenance programs for building-envelope systems.
• Apply engineering standards, codes, and safety requirements to projects and procedures.
• Coordinate utility-system deliverables with internal and external experts.
• Track budgets and vendor performance for facility projects and maintenance.
• Maintain vendor scorecards and drive corrective actions.
