Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee Facility Infrastructure, Building Equipment Maintenance, and Process Automation Engineering.

You will direct installation, maintenance, change controls, and retirement of equipment and automated systems while leading teams responsible for SCADA, labs, QC, BAS, EMS, and CMMS (Maximo). The role requires extensive experience in regulated manufacturing, strong budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field with at least ten years in a related role.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Direct knowledge of design, commissioning, qualification, operation and maintenance of biologics facility infrastructure and process equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office and specialized software including CMMS, BAS, SCADA, and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Reliability: Design, schedule, and execute PM and NRM programs for facilities equipment using CMMS; oversee 24/7 operations.
• Facility Integrity: Maintain building, grounds, utilities, and I&E systems to ensure uptime and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to codes and industry standards; implement safety inspections and corrective actions with EHS.
• Budget & Capital Planning: Manage annual repair/maintenance budgets; lead CAPEX projects and MRO programs; optimize costs.
