Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head Facility Infrastructure and Process Automation Engineering, ensuring GMP-compliant operation of facilities, equipment, and automated systems.

You will direct installation, calibration, maintenance, change controls and retirement of equipment, overseeing SCADA, BAS, EMS, QC, and IT systems. The role requires a BS in engineering with 10+ years in related roles, 15+ years in leadership in regulated manufacturing; MS in IS

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical, electrical, computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in related engineering roles; MS preferred.
• Minimum 15 years leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Direct knowledge of biologics facility infrastructure and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and 24/7 operations for facilities and systems.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, upgrades, and maintenance of I&E systems.
• Develop process automation strategies and change controls for SCADA, BAS, EMS, and IT systems.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, and cross-functional project teams.
