GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Facility Infrastructure and Process Automation Engineer to lead maintenance, reliability, and capital projects across a 128,000-square-foot facility.

You will supervise SCADA, BAS, EMS, CMMS (Maximo), and I&E systems in a cGMP environment, driving uptime and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes budget planning, vendor management, cross-functional leadership with Engineering, EHS, and Operations, and ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with at least ten years of related experience; MS in Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment with strong production, process automation, IT systems, and maintenance backgrounds.
• Direct knowledge of design, commissioning, qualification, operation and maintenance of biologics facility infrastructure, process equipment, BAS, SCADA, Fire Safety and Security, and IT systems.
• Expertise in Equipment Qualification, Computer System Validation, Cleaning Validation, SCADA system architecture, Biotech Process Equipment/Systems, Infrastructure IT systems, Cybersecurity processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, schedule and execute preventive and non-routine maintenance programs using CMMS; oversee corrective actions and 24/7 operations; experience with BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration in cGMP environments.
• Oversee maintenance of building, grounds and utilities; manage I&E systems; ensure uptime, reliability and safety for 128,000+ sq ft facility.
• Ensure adherence to local/state/federal codes; coordinate safety inspections with EHS; implement corrective actions.
• Manage annual repair/maintenance budgets; oversee CAPEX upgrades; lead MRO program; strategic purchasing and inventory management.
