Job summary

Mano Lani LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager II to lead planning, coordination, and oversight of facilities and infrastructure projects supporting mission-critical operations. You will manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, track performance, and ensure on-time delivery with DoD/government requirements.

Security: active Secret clearance required. Experience with DoD or federal programs and AutoCAD/Microsoft Project is preferred. Offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field required.
• 15+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing multiple projects and schedules, preferably with DoD/government programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules and milestones, with accurate tracking.
• Coordinate facilities projects with customers, service providers, and program managers.
• Support move management activities and verify data accuracy in plans.
• Coordinate events and ensure continuity of operations during disruptions.
• Monitor project metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
