Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned project/contract manager to oversee Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems tasks for a Department of Defense contract at the DLA Headquarters. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in building operations/maintenance for large facilities, the ability to obtain security clearance, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years managing building operations and maintenance for similar facilities.
• Experience managing maintenance, construction, repair, and facility operations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract performance and act as primary point of contact.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration projects.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Manage subcontractors and technical staff during project execution.
• Ensure contract deliverables, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and provide project status updates.
