A leading consulting firm is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Aurora, Colorado to support key Intelligence Community initiatives. The role entails acting as a liaison with government representatives, overseeing operation contractors, and managing project developments. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in facilities management with substantial experience in the IC or DOD sector. A strong knowledge of building codes and an active TS/SCI clearance are essential.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD or Commercial Sector in the last 12 years.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes.
Ability to travel locally.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison with U.S. government representatives.
Oversee the Site O&M support contractor.
Project initiation and requirements review.
Prepare and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
Facilitate project coordination with government stakeholders.
Skills
Active TS/SCI with a CI poly
AutoCAD experience
Basic knowledge of government organization
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of facility operations
Education
Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field
