Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD or Commercial Sector in the last 12 years.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes.
• Ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with U.S. government representatives.
• Oversee the Site O&M support contractor.
• Project initiation and requirements review.
• Prepare and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate project coordination with government stakeholders.

AutoCAD experience
