• Demonstrated leadership experience with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily building operations and maintenance activities.
• Plan and manage mechanical maintenance operations.
• Supervise technical staff including engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
