Job Overview
Seeking a versatile professional for a unique, multi‑disciplinary role. We are looking for a top‑notch Facilities Project Manager to join our talented team in Chantilly, VA, providing full‑service facility management oversight to a major organization in the Intelligence Community (IC). We conduct end‑to‑end project management, facility engineering, and technical support for project execution, facility operations and maintenance, strategic planning, and budget planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
- Lead and serve as the back‑up on several different facilities projects.
- Ensure project and contract deliverables are complete and accomplished on time, to the specified quality, and within budget.
- Maintain document control.
- Advocate for and justify budget requests and project prioritization.
- Develop and deliver contract documentation, including but not limited to work, cost and schedule estimates, and status reports.
- Input and maintain project management data in the client’s system of record.
- Enrich project management concepts through knowledge, research, and proficient application of technical and visualization skills.
- Attend site visits and collaborate with other project managers to ensure requirements are addressed, verify quality control, address any technical challenges, and answer requests for information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or architectural field and 5+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DOD, or the commercial sector. Relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance and a CI polygraph.
- Familiarity with facility architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing facilities contracts (design, studies, O&M, and/or construction).
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Client’s operations.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or a similar scheduling tool and experience analyzing schedules.

Due to the nature of the work and clearance requirements, this position is 100% on‑site in a secure facility.
