Qualifications

• 3 years of managing workforce on contracts of similar size and complexity.
• 5 years supporting facility management services.
• Experience with Quality Control and Site Safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations of the facility project are executed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately on time.
• Ensure project shifts are properly staffed and personnel are trained.
• Act on behalf of the company on contractual matters.
• Be available within 30 minutes during working hours and on-site within two hours if needed.
