Job summary
The Building People is seeking a senior Facilities Operations & Management leader to guide and optimize complex building systems across multiple sites. You will oversee O&M support for contracts, provide technical direction to engineers and maintenance staff, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement.
The role requires extensive experience in MEP, budget management, and strong communication with clients and leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management.
- Experience managing O&M for complex facilities, with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee O&M support for all Business Line contracts and continuous operation of building systems.
- Provide functional guidance and technical direction to staff and vendors.
- Lead budget development and contract performance reviews across multiple sites.
