Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, MEP systems, and daily management of contractors and vendors. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient facility performance.

You will develop budgets, monitor work orders, and maintain records for energy, water, and assets while coordinating events and maintaining a secure, well-kept workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• CFM, BMS, trade or technical experience.
• Minimum seven years facilities management experience.
• Experience with building maintenance, MEP, and carpentry basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and services.
• Supervise contractors and vendors in the building.
• Prepare weekly building reports for executives.
• Maintain safety and ensure compliance with inspections.
