Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and supervise facilities management services for a DOS IDIQ contract. The role requires in-person leadership, strategic planning, and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards, with a focus on cost-effective, compliant facility operations at the Department of State portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree in a related discipline or equivalent certifications.
• Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum of 15 years of project management and/or facilities management experience.
• Must provide in-person supervision at Department of State facilities; no remote duties.
• Experience managing large facilities budgets and space (≈$6M, 600,000 sq ft).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations Management Office day-to-day operations per CFS and RCM.
• Coordinate with COR and facility managers to prioritize tasks.
• Develop and implement PMP strategies for planning, risk and sustainability.
• Manage ERPS for asset management, performance reporting.
• Produce monthly KPI, quality and safety metrics reports.
