ALUTIIQ SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Arlington, VA. The role requires on-site leadership for facility operations, maintenance, and customer relations, with responsibility for purchasing, inspections, and compliance.

The candidate must have 4+ years of relevant experience, a Secret clearance, and a PMP certification, with travel up to 25%. This full-time position entails working both office and field environments and may require after-hours work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing operation, maintenance, and repair of large facilities (>= 400,000 sq ft).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and authorize expenditures.
• Secret security clearance and PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Contractor's representative with full authority on-site.
• Authorize purchases up to $5,000 per occurrence.
• Receive inspection reports and official correspondence.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, repairs, and building alterations.
• Foster positive customer relations and ensure contractual standards are met.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on site.
