Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead facility operations under the Consolidated Facility Services (CFS) Task Order for the Department of State. The role acts as the single point of contact with the Government and owns overall contract performance.

Responsibilities include operations oversight, maintenance planning, staffing, compliance, and performance reporting; in-person leadership is required and remote work is not permitted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required for access to controlled areas.
• Professional certification such as CFM, FMC, or CPMM.
• 10–15 years of facilities management, operations, or program management experience.
• Experience in federal or high-security environments with similar complexity.
• In-person supervision and coordination required; remote performance not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact with Government for contract performance and execution.
• Provide unified leadership across all operations and maintenance functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per CFS requirements and RCM.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental rules.
• Manage contract financial performance, cost control and budgeting.
• Supervise contractor personnel, staffing levels and training requirements.
• Oversee Work Control and CMMS (Maximo) for work orders and data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs, AQLs, and QASP compliance; report to Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with COR and stakeholders to align execution with mission needs.
