Tompkins Community Bank is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead planning, maintenance, security, and operations across its regional footprint. You will oversee a facilities team, manage vendor relationships, and drive capital projects from site selection through occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 8+ years in facilities, property, or construction management; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years of building systems, contracts, leases, vendors, budgets, capital projects, security, compliance, and maintenance management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee a geographically dispersed, multi-site portfolio of more than 10 locations.
• Valid driver’s license and continued insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, maintenance, appearance, utilization, and efficiency of facilities and grounds.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and repairs; track through completion.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and related services.
• Lead capital construction projects from site selection to occupancy.
