Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day soft-services and workplace operations across HQ, Co|Lab, and The Shed in Falls Church, VA. You will supervise a team, coordinate with Building Engineering on outages, and manage vendor performance from onboarding to renewal.

The role requires 5–8 years in facilities management, multi-site experience, and strong communication. A focus on safety, event planning, and on-site leadership is essential for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive facilities management experience, including multi-site oversight.
• Experience managing multi-vendor contracts, bids, and service levels.
• Experience coordinating corporate events, workplace services, moves, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily soft-services operations across HQ, CoLab, and The Shed, ensuring safe, clean, and service-ready workplaces.
• Define priorities for the soft-services team and monitor service-level performance.
• Coordinate with Building Engineering on repairs, outages, and emergencies.
• Provide 24/7 on-call leadership for critical building incidents affecting safety or occupancy.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, insurance, licenses, safety documentation, and access requirements.
