WCF Insurance in Sandy, Utah seeks a Commercial Claims Training Coordinator to lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of training programs for the Commercial Claims department. The role reports to the VP, Claims Operations and focuses on onboarding, continuing education, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement in claims practices and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial claims adjusting experience across multiple lines (auto, liability, property).
• Bachelor’s degree or AIC designation. Supervisory/training experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial claims practices, case law, and third-party recovery.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct the development, maintenance, and delivery of curricula to train new employees and incumbent staff.
• Coordinate quality-review instruments to measure proficiency and identify development needs.
• Create reports to demonstrate training efficacy to leadership.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of guidelines, policies, manuals, and training materials.
• Identify, recruit, and coordinate subject-matter experts; run mentoring programs.
