Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/communications or related field required; 2–5 years relevant experience.
• Driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct programs and policies within assigned terminal to ensure contract compliance.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Conduct quality audits to verify work and standards.
• Maintain financial data: labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with customers, clients, employees and subcontractors on contract execution.
• Ensure site meets budget goals and participate in long-range planning.
