SBM Management Services, LP in the United States seeks an Area Manager to oversee program execution and staff across multiple sites. You will drive safety, budgeting, and customer relations while ensuring contract obligations are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 2–5 years of leadership experience, with strong communication, planning, and decision‑making skills. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

• Ability to manage budgets and supervise staff across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company programs and area staff to ensure contract duties are met.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting; provide recommendations on budget modifications.
• Oversee safety programs and employee communications across sites.
• Maintain relationships with key customer contacts and provide site reports to Regional Manager.
• Conduct site audits, schedule QBRs, and supervise daily operations in the area.
• Travel to client sites as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
