Job summary

The Building People is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead facility operations and maintenance for a major federal office and warehouse complex in Fort Worth, Texas. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, BAS, and grounds across a large multi-building campus, directing skilled trades and site supervisors.

• Minimum 5 years in facilities operations and maintenance management.
• Experience managing large-scale mechanical systems and campus operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary authority for contract and operational matters with the customer.
• Direct day-to-day building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS.
• Build and manage staffing, training, and supervising onsite staff.
• Coordinate subcontractors as needed to fulfill service requirements.
• Own quality control and safety programs; ensure customer satisfaction.
