Job summary

GTI Energy seeks a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily facilities operations, from work orders to inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance documentation, ensuring a safe and reliable workplace.

The role supports space planning and moves, maintains safety and compliance programs, provides emergency management support, and assists with workplace services and small projects; hands‑on experience with HVAC, electrical, and building systems is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with an Associate’s degree.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience with a high school diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or workplace operations (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other building systems (preferred).
• Experience coordinating vendors and using CMMS/work order systems (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations, including work order management, inspections, asset tracking, and escalation of maintenance and safety issues.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors across building services, ensuring service quality, documentation, and invoice accuracy.
• Support space planning and workplace changes (moves, adds, and changes), partnering with IT, HR, and Security to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain EHS, compliance, and security programs, including safety walkthroughs, emergency preparedness, and required documentation.
• Manage workplace services, supplies, and small facilities projects, while supporting reporting, KPIs, and operational data integrity.
